Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of jefflied.living and the referral services Jefflied Pest Control offers through it. By using the site, calling the number on it, or submitting a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Jefflied Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. Referral, not repair. We do not apply pesticides, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Independent Providers

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, pricing, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

Content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about the safety of any product. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in by unauthorized means.

Calls and Messages

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact at any time, email contact@jefflied.living.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Jefflied Pest Control or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jefflied Pest Control is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
